Sarah Lamendola

Sarah is a career human resources executive with leadership experiences at Ajinomoto, N.A. and LG Electronics, among others. At ACS, Sarah leads the HR function for our rapidly growing privately-held company. Her work centers around the continuous development and improvement of performance management, training and employee development, total rewards strategies and talent acquisition. She also focuses on compliance, the strengthening and improvement of HRMS, payroll, benefits, 401k and on organizational projects for executive management. When she is not working, Sarah loves gardening, baking, music and creating new memories with her family.
