Over the past couple of years, the leadership team at ACS has been working diligently to create an environment where transparency and collaboration thrives. As a result, we have made significant improvements with our processes and standards. We also have been laser focused on branding our core values {SAY YES, OWN IT, DO WHAT YOU SAY, WE CARE} which reflect who we are and what we stand for as a company. In this way, we have been able to develop an organization that offers career progression to everyone, no matter where they start.

“My personal and professional passion these days is creating opportunities for others to succeed and reach their goals. When I see this happen and get to play a part in it, I feel a great sense of accomplishment. It is my sincere opinion that YOU should drive your own personal and professional goals, not your friends, family, society or even a company.” ~Joe Santagata, CEO

With that being said, we’d like to share two exciting promotions that occurred in September beginning with the newest member of the Executive Leadership Team, Heidi Carson…

  • Heidi Carson has been with ACS for almost 15 years. She started out as an Office Manager, and during her tenure worked as an Operations Manager, General Manager and a Director of Operations. During this time, she worked in virtually every department, including filling in as a CSR, Installation Manager and helping out in routing, data entry, Installer billing, compliance and recruiting. Now, Heidi has stepped into the Vice President of Business Development position. She will be responsible for exploring new avenues of external business, building new core business processes (ACS 2.0), and continuing to improve our Customer Care Department.  Join us in congratulating Heidi in this new role; we wish you nothing but success!
  • Kevin Bourque has been with ACS in the Northern Division since December of 2015. The first time Kevin heard of ACS, he was running his own remodeling company called First Impressions. One day in early 2015 he stopped in to investigate the option of becoming an installer for ACS. Although the installer gig did not pan out, he must have made an impression on Ed Camp, since Ed called him later in the year and asked if he’d like to join ACS as an Installation Manager. Since then, he was promoted to Senior Installation Manager, and as of Monday, September 28th, Kevin is has become ACS’ newest Operations Manager. Congratulations on your well deserved promotion, Kevin!
