At ACS, we are privileged to celebrate a significant employee milestone this month as we honor Tami Kaleta‘s remarkable 20-year journey with our company. Tami’s dedication, expertise, and leadership have left an indelible mark on ACS and all those fortunate enough to work alongside her.

Ed Camp, COO at ACS, shared heartfelt words about Tami’s invaluable contributions to the company, saying, “When I started my career with ACS, Tami was one of a few people I would reach out to as I was learning and growing within ACS. Through the years, I found that Tami was a no-nonsense person, and she had a gift for this business. I asked myself, at times, why she was not in a role in which she could impact the business at a much higher and more far-reaching level. Over the years, both Tami and I grew as operators, and when I was given the opportunity to be the SVP of Operations, Tami was the first person I called and asked to meet with me. I shared with Tami my vision for consolidating and streamlining operations and my plan to create a new way to support Operations with her at the helm of a new Operations Support Team. Tami accepted the promotion and is now our Director of Operations Support.”

“Under Tami’s leadership, we now have multiple leaders with previously untapped knowledge and skills in these support positions. ACS has a bench strength that we did not have in the past, and that is in large part due to Tami’s commitment to success and her leadership. She has contributed substantially to making ACS a best-in-class service provider.”

– Ed Camp | Chief Operating Officer, ACS

Tami has been a dedicated member of ACS since 2004, taking on roles of increasing responsibility. Currently serving as the Director of Support Operations, she effectively leverages her team’s strengths, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and operational strategies to streamline various back-end administrative functions. Tami’s strong work ethic is deeply aligned with ACS’ core values. Before joining ACS, she proudly served in the military for 12 years as a Combat MP, with assignments in Kosovo, Iraq, and Italy. Tami is also a proud spouse, a loving mother of three, and the cherished owner of two dogs.

We also had the pleasure of sitting down with Tami to reflect on her two-decade tenure at ACS and the valuable insights she has gained along the way.
