Operations Director

Kurt is both consistent and analytical. That shows up in the way he is able to leverage business analytics to improve business outcomes and drive sustainable growth. Kurt spent eleven years at Home Depot—working up through the ranks from lot attendant to store manager, and everything in between. Kurt also spent nine years at Best Buy, joining the company as a store manager and promoted to district management, where he was responsible for all operational aspects of multiple locations including merchandising, inventory management, loss prevention, P+L review and control, and top line sales. Kurt has been at ACS since 2016, and in his role as Operations Director, he is able to leverage his passion for fixing things while also helping people, projects, and businesses grow. Kurt enjoys calm and hot beach days sitting in the sand, swimming or fishing with his family.
