George Garcia is a seasoned human resources professional dedicated to enriching employee culture and the overall employee lifecycle. His approach of teaching rather than doing and engaging with everyone throughout the organization embodies ACS.
His background in restaurant hospitality and non-profit ensures that customer service, culture, and compliance are at the forefront of how we drive the business and act accordingly. In his previous roles, his focus has been bridging the gap between Operations and corporate functions to the important asset: its people.
George holds a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Human Resources from Manhattanville University in addition to his SHRM-CP credentials. With over ten years in human capital management, George has established himself as a partner to the executive team.
Outside of work, George is a foodie at heart and is constantly trying new restaurants in NYC with friends and family — if he cannot convince them to head out to the beach in the summer months!
