After admiring my beautiful newly renovated bathroom for a week I had to write this letter of reference pertaining to ACS. I had used your company in 2013 to renovate my kitchen and was thoroughly pleased. I am happy to say that I can echo the same sentiments when looking at my beautiful new bathroom.
Under the guidance and supervision of Mr. Joseph Agnello I was assured every step of the way that the hurdles would be resolved and the project would meet all of my expectations. That, I am happy to say, was truly the case. The carpenters, electricians, and plumbers demonstrated professionalism every step of the way. One staff member in particular, Mr. Damion Brown, was exceptional; he was meticulous in his work and it has been apparent in the finished product. Also, Mr. Joseph Agnello proved himself time and time again to be a person of his word, scheduling the staff and ensuring that they came to me in a timely manner. His reliability is something of a rarity today, but one that I have been very fortunate to experience.
