We had a carpet installed on our basement stairs by Caesar. He was very neat and quick; only took one hour to complete the job and that included removing the old carpet. VERY satisfied with the outcome and LOVE our new carpet!! We were notified the day before of the time the installer would be at our home. He was a little early which I was happy about rather than having to wait the 4-hour window. We even received a call from American Carpet South “right” after Caesar left to make sure we were completely satisfied. I thought the follow-up was very professional/efficient on the company’s part. Also, I’d definitely recommend TrafficMaster Cross Functional carpet, especially if you have pets as it’s very tight/durable.
