ACS installed pre-engineered hardwood flooring at my condo. The project turned out to be more challenging than expected. They handled the project proactively and responded to my calls and emails very efficiently. They were extremely professional. They are indeed ” The say yes” company. I dealt with several of them on the phone. To name a few Salvador, Brian, Grace and more importantly Bill the project manager. Great job! Folks. Indeed it was breath of fresh air dealing with ACS. I sincerely hope companies like Comcast and Verizon take a page from their playbook.
