My installation didn’t go without a few bumps but Nelson made it right and came through with the win. Renovations can sometimes be unpredictable and Nelson truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service being provided to me. He understood that customer service during a stressful revamp mattered and that’s important when you need things done right.

We still have a small job to get those finishing touches in order but I feel confident that the end result will come out beautifully as the installer did a great job with the installation of my vinyl floors. I’d also like to note that Ruth was also a great help in this process and helped to get things in order for me when I needed her after hours.
