I’ve personally never had carpet professionally installed. What a world of a difference. They came to my house and have everything done in roughly an hour. Two men installed the carpet themselves. Cleaned everything up… this is a 100% recommendation to use American Carpet south!..

Very impressed with this company! They called me to let me know our carpet had arrived and even came to install 6 days earlier than expected on a Saturday because they had a cancellation. They worked extremely fast. Our entire upstairs which includes 2 big bedrooms, a hallway and our stairs were finished in 3 hours! They communicated well with my husband and I and made sure that we were happy with the carpet before they left our home. We would definitely recommend them for all of your flooring needs!!

The ACS crew of two were punctual, professional, and personable. What really blew me away was how quickly they removed and installed carpet in two bedrooms that were about 200 square feet each plus closets. They finished the job in a jaw dropping 1 and 1/2 hrs. Not only that, they were precise and the rooms are perfect. We couldn’t be happier with ACS’s service and expertise!

Recently bought LVP Flooring from Home Depot and was very pleased with the work. Two men from ACS Flooring were the installers and did an amazing job. They worked so hard barely taking a break. American Carpet installed hardwood and carpet for a Home Depot order. Both crews were wonderful – they showed up on time, were polite, friendly & totally competent. I honestly couldn’t find fault with ANYTHING they did (and I tried!). I was so pleased with the whole experience & how the flooring turned out.

Absolutely amazing service and craftsmanship! The two gentlemen arrived right on time. The entire house (hallway and 3 1/2 rooms all with closets) took about five hours. I could not believe how fast and efficient they were! The carpet looks amazing and was professionally installed. ACS did our installation amidst all of the COVID19 craziness happening. They took all precautions as we unfortunately had to keep rescheduling due to orders of the governor. Once cleared they were actually able to squeeze us in next day on a weekend. Came and installed carpeting extremely timely, professionally and safely considering the current pandemic. Would recommend highly!
We were in the middle of having our septic replaced at our lake property on Winnipesaukee. The yard was a disaster. My contractor said “no way is this guy installing the carpet today.” The installer showed up put the carpet on his back and trudged through the mine field that was our front yard. He didn’t even blink an eye to the disaster. He came in, didn’t complain, and was in and out quickly. Oh and the carpet looks great!!

I had ACS install a vinyl floor that had been ordered through Home Depot. The price was very reasonable. The technician had 30 years of experience, was personable, a true craftsman, and the results were fantastic. In this time of the Corona virus, he was also masked and left the job cleaner than when he arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

These guys showed up early for their time frame (with a phone call) which was awesome. They came in. Brought the supplies they needed and got to work. While I was only getting one smaller room done, I wasn’t expecting this speed. 35 minutes from doorbell ring to goodbyes. Amazing work. No scuff marks on the molding (which I was really expecting) vacuumed the carpet for me and everything. Awesome work. I’d definitely have them come do another project for me.

I had the hard surfaces installed at my home last Friday. The man who installed flooring in my living room, office and upstairs hallway did a phenomenal job! I wanted to compliment him on his great work efforts. He arrived right on time at 8am that morning and worked through until the floors were installed, I don’t think he even took any breaks! They were installed perfectly and look beautiful! I highly recommend his work in the future, he performed a high-quality job and I was very happy with the installation.
My installation didn’t go without a few bumps but Nelson made it right and came through with the win. Renovations can sometimes be unpredictable and Nelson truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service being provided to me. He understood that customer service during a stressful revamp mattered and that’s important when you need things done right.
We still have a small job to get those finishing touches in order but I feel confident that the end result will come out beautifully as the installer did a great job with the installation of my vinyl floors. I’d also like to note that Ruth was also a great help in this process and helped to get things in order for me when I needed her after hours.

Had ceramic tile installed in my home. They have installed on multiple floors with all work being done professionally and clean. Home Depot has a good company that is dedicated to customer service. We will defiantly use them again for additional projects.
ACS Staff helped me out of a tough situation when my contracted Vendor dropped the ball and refused to complete a flooring project midway through the process. They came in the day following my call, assessed the situation and quickly formulated a plan to get my project completed, and more importantly, they executed and completed the project within 2 weeks, even working weekends to meet my tight deadline. They even came in under the budget of my quote with the original vendor! I would recommend them to anyone considering a flooring project.
We called American Carpet South to help us finish a project that another carpeter could not do. American Carpet provided us with fast, efficient, friendly service. They finished the job quickly and communicated well. We were always on the same page in terms of scheduling, what was going to be done, and what the overall status of the project was.

ACS installed pre-engineered hardwood flooring at my condo. The project turned out to be more challenging than expected. They handled the project proactively and responded to my calls and emails very efficiently. They were extremely professional. They are indeed ” The say yes” company. I dealt with several of them on the phone. To name a few Salvador, Brian, Grace and more importantly Bill the project manager. Great job! Folks. Indeed it was breath of fresh air dealing with ACS. I wanted to compliment Hector on a fantastic job he did coordinating this restoration. I live in Plano, Texas and Hector was proactive in scheduling everything that was needed to get the job done, from tile and carpet, to kitchen cabinets, backsplash (another kudos to Garry Tazzo and his assistant Chris for their superior tile work). Hector is one of those people you would hire anywhere, anytime. His calm demeanor, regardless of the situation, especially my inability to always be there is a real asset. I’ve run customer service organizations for 30 years and the one customer satisfaction survey question you can ask is, “Would you hire this person?” Answer is yes, yes and yes. I can’t thank him enough.
I would like to pay a compliment to Joe and the team of contractors that spent roughly 7 months in my house. Joe kept in contact with me constantly and gave me his working knowledge opinion of things which I respected totally. They were all very respectful and professional. Even with dealing with my dogs and being very sweet to my 89 year old mom who lives downstairs. I feel all aspects of the major renovations that were done here was handled perfect.

Your team installed carpet in the bedroom of my condominium located in Arlington, VA. I want to compliment you on the outstanding job they did. I could not be happier. They called me ahead of time with an accurate arrival time. Your installers worked around the rules of my building, where they could not be admitted before 9:00 a.m. Their truck entered and exited the loading zone with no damage. They loaded the carpet and their tools without making any markings on the building hallways, elevator to the seventh floor, and my condo walls. They installed the carpet without any damage to the freshly painted walls and baseboards of the room. They were gentle on the hardwood floors in the other rooms of the condo. They minimized the size of their work areas and cleaned them afterwards. They were in and gone in under two hours. And the carpet looks great!
