If you like being in the middle of the action, you would love this role. This person effectively sits in the middle of ACS’ operations, ensuring effective and efficient processes between ACS, The Home Depot, and the end-user Customer.
You would manage the activities of installation teams from dispatch through job close-out, providing real-time on-the-job resolutions.
We empower you to make customer resolution decisions through the implementation of our “Say Yes” values, while understanding company financial implications of those resolutions.
-Review issues, contacts consumers, as needed, uses CRM to capture all transactional and resolution notes and ensures timely execution and resolution.
-Review plans and work orders to verify material and installation requirements, mitigating possible errors.
-Responsible for installer/technician “check-ins” when they arrive at the job site.
-Manage Customer Communications w/updates on crew status, changes in schedule, ETA’s, etc.
-Interact with The Home Depot via their ordering platforms: HDConnect and I2G to maintain accuracy in communications, material orders, installations, etc.
-Contribute to profits and revenue by working within approved budgets as it relates to chargebacks, markdowns and installer payments.

This position will be onsite at one of our 3 Workroom locations in Passaic, NJ, Cinnaminson, NJ or Hudson, NH.
We provide a safe environment for our on-site office personnel, with social distancing enforced, enhanced daily cleaning of our offices, and the use of PPE required by all staff and visitors.
