(Who We Are)

We are a 29-year-old flooring installation based out of Passaic, NJ

Founded by father and son, now led by the son co-founder, Joe Santagata, we are a Company that was built on its four core values to guide how we interact with our customers and our employees.

We have built our business with the Say Yes philosophy of always finding an outcome that is beneficial for our customers and/or employees. We are not afraid to say when we are wrong and will be the first ones to admit it.

We have gone through structural changes and overcome obstacles to improve how we do our business all while staying true to our core value: Say Yes, Own It, Do What You Say, and We Care. Doing this has earned us Service Provide of the Year from The Home Depot in 2019 and 2020.

About You

(Who we’re looking for)

  • You have worked in a Call Center environment and loved it. You find joy in speaking with customers over the phone and are eager to find them the resolution needed.
  • You enjoy keeping track of many moving parts and make sure everything works outs in the end.
  • Rolling up your sleeves and getting into the nitty gritty is your thing and are always looking for the next task to accomplish.

Essential Functions

(What you would be in charge of)

  • You will be making and receiving a high number of scheduling calls.
  • You will notate in our system when our Installation team “Lands” at the Customer home along with providing them estimate time of arrivals.
  • You will ensure our Installers maintain our Voice of Customer scores in standards with THD.
  • You will create and maintain relationships from assigned THD stores

  • You value customer service and understand what it means to SAY YES to the customer
  • You are not afraid of challenges and adapt to changes in processes.
  • You know how to use a computer and can navigate various systems (we created our system, so it is EASY to learn)
  • Problem solving is something you call yourself a pro at


(What we need you to rock in)

  • You understand and know what it means when people say “Teamwork makes the dream work”. Working overtime and/or weekends does not worry you.
  • You are organized and like everyone to keep things as such
  • You are able to pass a background check as outlined by THD

Hourly rate up to $21, dependent on experience
