Rapidly growing Flooring Installation Service Company is seeking a high energy, motivated individual to join our Customer Service Team on a full-time basis to analyze and verify the accuracy of order information, schedule customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained:
- Receiving and making a high number of scheduling calls; confirming job site conditions, labor to be performed, answering basic questions regarding the install process, and selecting the best possible install date for the customer based on their purchase and their needs.
- Reviewing and verifying purchase orders are accurate per specifications. Update and request additional P.O’s as needed.
- Receiving calls from our installation teams to “Land” them when they arrive at the customer’s residence.
- Completing “Courtesy Calls” and “Courtesy Call Follow-ups” with the consumer to verify that that the installation was completed, and we have exceeded their expectations.
- Conferring with management in order to resolve problems and insure customer satisfaction.
- Notifying Installation Manager of installers with poor attitude, actions or quality.
